What does a bathroom remodel with Premier Bath Concepts include?
Will you need to move plumbing, and who does that work?
Sometimes, especially for tub-to-shower conversions or layout changes. Because we hold a master plumber license (ROC 367067), our own team handles drain relocation, rough-ins, and valve work. You won’t need to hire a separate plumber for your remodel.
Can you change my bathroom's layout or make it bigger?
Yes. As a licensed Arizona general contractor (ROC 365652), we can take a bathroom down to the studs, move walls, resize the room, or add a bathroom entirely, including closet-to-bath conversions. Most wet-area-only remodelers can’t do this.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured in Arizona?
Yes. We hold two Arizona ROC licenses, a general contractor license (365652) and a master plumber license (367067), and we’re bonded and insured. Every remodel is completed by our own in-house crews, never subcontractors.
