Built out by around 2005, it has roughly 9,800 homes across 63 neighborhoods, and in 2023 it rebranded as “The Grand.” Unlike most area communities, it uses a 45-plus age policy, so it draws a mix of retirees and near-retirees, all of whom eventually want a bathroom that works for the long haul.
